  1. Return Policy
    ● Conditions for applying for a return:
    ○ You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you received the product.
    ○ The product must be in new condition, unused, and well packaged.
    ○ An invoice or proof of purchase must be provided with the return.
    ● Items that are not eligible for a return:
    ○ Personalized products or specially made products.
    ○ Products that have been opened or used (unless the product is defective).
  2. Refund Process
    ● Request a refund:
    ○ Please contact our customer service team via email: lightspire@steelicemold.com, stating your refund request, order number and reason for return.
    ● Returning the product:
    ○ After receiving our confirmed return instructions, please send the product back to the specified address.
    ○ Please use a trackable postal service when returning your item and keep the mailing receipt for subsequent inquiries.
    ● Processing a refund:
    ○ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    ○ Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item is sent.

    ● If you wish to exchange an item (for example, size or color), please contact us by email, specifying the item to be exchanged and the order number.
    ● The exchange process will be similar to the return process. You need to apply for it according to the above return process first, and then place a new order to purchase the item you want.
